Order Cancellation

To cancel your order before it is shipped, please reach us via our Contact page. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

Right of Withdrawal

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

Return Conditions

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
• Please notify us via our Contact page to initiate a return.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos via our Contact page. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
