ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of both parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer from replicafoodart.com.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT INFORMATION

The essential characteristics, price, and payment details of the product are displayed on the order page. Prices include applicable taxes.

ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY

• Delivery time is 7–14 business days from order confirmation.
• The delivery address provided by the Buyer at checkout shall be used.
• Shipping costs are stated separately during checkout.

ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. To initiate a withdrawal, please use our Contact page.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products.

ARTICLE 6 — RETURN CONDITIONS

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

ARTICLE 7 — DISPUTES

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and Consumer Arbitration Committees of the Republic of Turkey.
